INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERFORMERS

All acts must check in at our registration tent located behind our main "Whit's Stage." The stage is located in front of CVS. There are public restrooms nearby behind the police station, across from the post office. There are bleacher seats however these fill quickly. You are welcome to bring lawn chairs to sit on the midway.

Registration starts at 5:30PM. You only need to register within 30 minutes before your time slot (for example, if you are #1-8, please register at 5:30-6:00pm, #9-16 at 6:00-6:30pm, #17-25 at 7pm, etc.). If you are not present or ready, we will skip you and move you to the end of the list). There is an area behind the stage where you can warm up. We cannot monitor your equipment if you leave it unattended, but we will have space and tables to store instrument cases etc.

IMPORTANT

All accompanying music must be MP3 format and be on a device that can plug into a standard headset jack. If you have accompanying music, then you will tell us at registration and hand us your mp3 device (fully charged, unlocked and have music easily marked to play). We will put device in a marked bag and deliver to the sound person for you. We will have it ready for you to pick it up at the registration table after your performance. Please put your name and song title on the back of the device (on a label) or write on paper and tape to device.

If you require amplifiers or special instrument accommodations, please tell us at check-in.
